Members can fly 3 days before or after the Convention. WestJet charges $30/person for any name changes less than 24 hours prior to departure, $30/person for itinerary changes less than 24 hours prior to departure or any difference in fare/person, and $50/person for cancellations up to 2 hours prior to departure.
