Terms
Before February 12, 2010 25% of total Exhibit Cost
Between February 15, & March 12, 2010 50% of total Exhibit Cost
After March 15, 2010 100% of total Exhibit Cost

Cancellation of this contract or reduction of space must be in writing and by mutual consent of the applicant and Show Management. For complete cancellation and space reduction policy including default schedule for liquidated damages, please click here to read the contract terms and conditions.

Your 2010 membership fee ($350 + 5% GST) will be added to the cost of the exhibit space.

Comments

Thank you for requesting a booth in PAL 2010. As a new exhibitor to our show, we’d like to know a little more about your company. Please complete the following membership section. Exhibiting in the PAL 2010 show is a benefit of membership with the Music Industries Association of Canada. Membership is $350 plus 5% GST annually and follows the calendar year expiring on December 31. Membership is at the discretion of the MIAC board of directors.
