Manufacturers’ Training Sessions
The quality of your products, services, and expertise will speak for itself; this is an opportunity to ensure that your customers will be able to tap their full potential.
We’re inviting PAL Exhibitors to participate in Product and Technology-specific Training during this year’s Show. Manufacturers’ training sessions allow retail dealers, service providers, and end users with the opportunity to receive invaluable mentoring that will ultimately bolster both their success and yours. Not only will they learn about the products and solutions that you have to offer, they’ll learn when to apply them and how to make the most of them. Customers will be drawn to their rigorous appreciation of individual product benefits and applications and this kind of success will furnish your profitability.
Organized by PAL Show Management, the Sessions will be comprised of 60-minute time slots, each clearly identified as Manufacturers’ Training Sessions in all pre-show attendee marketing, the Show Guide, and on-site. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve time slots based on a first-come-first-served basis. Each Exhibitor will be granted two (2) full business days, from the receipt of their notification, to reserve time slots unopposed before the next Exhibitor “in line” is notified.
The number of Sessions will be offered based on Booth Size. One (1) time slot will be allowed per one hundred (100) square feet (sq.ft.) of Booth Space:
10’ x 10’ (100sq.ft.) Booth = 1 time slot
10’ x 20’ (200sq.ft) Booth = up to 2 time slots
20’ x 20’ (400sq.ft) Booth = up to 4 time slots
A Training Session Schedule will be made available for review on our Exhibitor Website. Manufacturers are responsible for promoting the show to prospective session attendees. Provided that participating Exhibitors submit their information in a timely manner, PAL Show Management will promote a Manufacturer’s Training Session on the Website and in other Show marketing materials. In order to market the sessions, Exhibitors will need to provide a session title, a brief Description (50 words or less), and specify the Intended Audience (i.e. Retail Dealers, Technician/Installers, Everyone, etc.).
The Training Sessions will be held in the AVIATION BALLROOM A which will be organized in a classroom-style set-up with a
raised podium and rowed seating. Additionally, a standard AV System [including a front-screen LCD projector, 8’ screen,
and house sound (with a Lavaliere microphone)] will be provided. Additional skirted tables will be made available for
Product display and literature distribution. If Show Management is informed in advance of the show, PAL will assist with
additional AV/Labour, Internet Access, and Telecomm Support however, additional charges may apply. Signage will be provided
indicating the Session Schedule for the Training Room. For their respective Sessions, Exhibitors may order Food and Beverage
(at their expense) through the International Centre.
