Exhibitor badges are for exhibit personnel and cannot be ordered for customers or guests.

Registration Deadline for Staff Badges to be mailed is July 31, 2009.

Use this form to register your Exhibit personnel ONLY.

Please read the Exhibitor Registration Information in the On-line Exhibitor Manual before registering.

If you register between August 1st and August 21st, badges will be available for pick up onsite.

Badge Registration will close on August 21st all registration after that date must be done onsite.
Important Badge Instructions:
No badges will be mailed until all booth payments are received in full. Exhibitor staff badges are to be allocated ONLY to those individuals who will be staffing the booth. Badges must be picked up individually and a business card is to be presented at the Exhibitor Registration Desk to receive an Exhibitor Badge. This badge must be worn during move-in and move-out days, and the two days of the show. Exhibitor personnel cannot enter the show floor without their badges. Be sure to order exhibitor badges for all demonstrators or models who will be working in your booth.
